What we collect, and what we do with it

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. The site has no forms, no login and no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting or personal identifiers. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes IP addresses in transit to deliver it and to block attacks; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for how it handles that.

What we collect when you write to us

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send: your name or number, your message, and any documents you attach. We use it only to answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work you ask for: finding, buying, letting or managing an apartment. For a lease or a purchase we will ask for the documents Georgian law requires, such as a passport copy, and we keep them for as long as the contract and tax law require, then delete them.

Who else sees it

Nobody, unless the work needs it: a notary, the Public Registry (NAPR), a bank, a lawyer or an accountant acting for you, or a landlord or tenant with whom you are signing. We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We do not send newsletters.

Where it is stored

WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp (Meta) and on our phone. Email is stored with our email provider. Client documents are kept in a password-protected account with two-factor authentication. Some of these providers store data outside Georgia; they operate under their own data-protection commitments.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to budecapital@gmail.com. We answer within ten working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
